The meeting was held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010. The meeting was held at Flint Energies, Hwy 96, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Board members present: Katie Pellegrino, Brian Blazicko, Jim Morey and Gus Pellegrino. Board members absent: Michelle Klingaman. Eleven households were represented from the 68 families of our association either by attendance or proxy. Minutes from the May 12th meeting were approved without correction. Financial status was presented by Treasurer Jim Morey. Both accounts balance with the bank statements. Total expenditures for each account came in under budget for the year. After some discussion of major expenditures the financial status was accepted without correction.
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH PROGRAM: Wayne Jones is still looking for a neighborhood captain to represent Robbie Court. If you are interested in more information use the web site to send an e-mail to the secretary and she will forward your request to Wayne.
NO SOLICITING SIGNS: It was decided to stay with the current signs.
JULY 4th COMMUNITY GATHERING: This was considered by all to have been very successful with more than forty folks attending. Folks were very pleased with the water slide for the kids.
FLAGS: The association will continue to place flags at each mailbox on the 4th of July, Memorial Day, Flag Day and Veterans Day.
FREE: Again it is FREE and receives over 3,000 hits a month. If you are selling your home, either on your own or through a Realtor, list your home on the Harrison Pointe WEB site. We have a page set up specifically for this. You can submit a photo and 5 lines of information, i.e. Point of contact, Phone number, price, Sq.ft./Br/Baths, Other significant info. Submit your information to the secretary and it will be posted within a few days.
LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE: Jason Spillers has volunteered to chair the Landscape committee. If you would like to make yourself available to assist this committee please contact Jason through the Secretary via the WEB site.
BUDGET: The final proposed budget for the coming year FY11 (1 September 2010 through 31August 2011) was presented by the Treasurer. Each attendee was provided with a calculation spreadsheet. The Treasurer reviewed the process for determining the cost for each line item in the budget. After some discussion the budget was approved and the assessments (dues) for FY11 were set as follows: Lake Lot Owners $230.00 Non-Lake Lot Owners $75.00. Any homeowner who desires a complete copy of FY10 expenditures it will be available on 1 September 2010. The spreadsheet for calculating FY11 assessments is available immediately. Either or both of these documents (Excel 2003) can be request through the Treasure via the WEB site.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS: The results of the Ballots cast were as follows:

Lake Lot Representative: There were no candidates. Position is vacant.
These elected officers will serve from 1 September 2010 through 31 August 2011.
UPCOMMING EVENT: The semi-annual community wide garage sale will be Saturday October 16th. Details to follow as the date approaches.
