The latter was accomplished; however, the former has not. A follow-up letter was sent November 13 which also requested that the intersections of Reese and Lovorn, Twelve Oaks and Lovorn and Robbie Court and Lovorn also be made 3-way stops. This request is in response to increased complaints by both Harrison Pointe and Tara Estates residents.

RESPONSIBLE MEMBER Jim Morey
Opened the floor to new business
Jane Krumwiede informed the Board the main entrance needed to be addressed; stating the red mulch with no bushes was not appealing. Landscaping Committee was assigned the responsibility of making recommendations to improve the curb appeal.
Jim Morey reviewed the results of the homeowners association survey
Vote to amend the By-Laws was not held because there were not enough residents in attendance for a quorum.
Jim Morey informed the audience the demographics on HarrisonPointe.org website would be updated and that Board of Directors meeting minutes had been added to the website.
Suggestion was made to have an interactive page on the website. The board will explore this idea.
Suggestion was made to dispense with mailing Meeting Minutes since they are available on HarrisonPointe.org website. This would represent an annual cost savings of $111.52 at current postage rates. By-Laws require that these be mailed. An amendment to the By-laws would require 2/3rds majority. A ballot will be prepared to be returned before the next quarterly meeting.
