1. Landscaping Committee: YOM program was discussed. The winner will be selected 9 May and award made 10 May
2. Social Committee: the yard sale was hampered by inclement weather however six (6) homes did participate
3. Safety and Security Committee: One person does not want STOP sign in front of their home. An email was sent to this person explaining current status regarding the cities pending consideration
4. By-Laws and Covenants Committee: The proposal for the By-Laws being amended to add rights to Article III, Section 3:4: Rights and Responsibility of Membership and Article III, Section 6:6: Rights and Responsibility of Board of Directors will be voted on at the 13 May 2008 Homeowners Association Meeting. Proposal is broken down into four ballots which were hand delivered to each household.
5. Architectural Control Committee: Received three requests. 101 Robbie Court- to move fence, approved.107 Zachary Court - addition to home, pending submission of plan package, 109 Zachary Court - construction of shed, Approved
1. Review of the financial data shows that we are ahead of spending vs. budget for the first nine months having spent 95% of the budget for the Main Account. However, this includes the one time cost of the audit. Continued spending at the current rate will bring us slightly over the budget for FY 2008. This will not require an assessment adjustment for FY2009. Assessments will remain at $100.00. The Lake account has spent 50% of the Budget and the assessment for FY2009 lake lots will be reduced to $200.00.

Election of officers- At the 13 May Quarterly Meeting solicitation of nominees for the FY 2009 Board of Directors will be requested. The current President, Vice President and Secretary have expressed their desire not run for re-election. In the past there has been little to no response from the membership for persons willing to serve on the Board of Directors. Taking a proactive position the Board has decided to solicit proposals from two professional association management firms.
